How to Easily Download the Sokos Hotels App
Do you already have the new and convenient Sokos Hotels app? With it, you can book a room, check in while on your way to the hotel, and get notified when your room is ready.
The Sokos Hotels app is the latest utility app from the S Group. It makes your hotel life even easier.
With the app, you can:
- Check the route to your destination,
- Check-in while on your way to the hotel,
- See when your room is ready,
- Pick up your key from the self-service machine without queuing, and
- View important information related to your stay.
New in the app: be among the first to try the mobile key! Activate the key after check-in in the app and use your phone as a key. The mobile key is available at selected hotels, see the full list at the bottom of this page **
The app shows all your upcoming reservations at Sokos Hotels, and you can book nights at our 47 hotels.
For business travelers, we recommend the S-Card app.

After downloading the app, log in with your S-user account. If you don’t have an S-user account yet, you can easily and quickly create one using the app's instructions.
