Below are answers to frequently asked questions about Sokos Hotels' campaign for co-op members.

How do I log in and make a reservation?

  • Log in to the online service with your S User Account from the top right corner of the webpage. Make sure your User ID is linked to your co-op member details. By logging in, you can take advantage of the co-op member campaign. If you don't have an account, you can create one in the top-right corner of the page by selecting Log in > Create an S User Account. Learn about creating an S User Account here »

  • Fill in the required details (hotel, accommodation dates (minimum two nights), and number of guests), select S-Etukortti card and add the Promotion code. If a discounted rate is available for the date and hotel you have selected, it will appear as "Price conditions: Campaign price with S-Etukortti card". If the campaign price is not available, the website will notify you. You can perform a new price search for another date or another hotel by editing the room search. In addition to the campaign price, regular co-op member's prices are also available: select Edit room reservation, remove the promotion code, and search for rooms again.

  • Add any desired additional products and services to your booking. The booking confirmation will be sent to your e-mail.

Which hotel can I book?

Sokos Hotels located in Finland and Tallinn.

  • Original Sokos Hotel Vaakuna in Hämeenlinna is closed for renovations during the campaign accommodation period.

When do I need to pay for my booking?

The reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. A completed reservation cannot be changed or cancelled. The booking is non-refundable once paid.

Who is the promotional rate for?

The discount is intended for S Group co-op members, applies to leisure travel and only to new bookings. A limited number of discounted rooms are available. The discount only applies to new bookings.

Where do I enter the reservation code?

The reservation (promotion) code is entered in the field reserved for it in the reservations section: Discounts and memberships.

From what rate is the discount calculated?

The discount is calculated from the Best Available Rate, which is the starting rate before co-op member discounts. The best available rate is displayed in black in our online service, while co-op member rates are displayed in green. The daily rate is determined by demand.

To check the Best Available Rate before the campaign starts: do not include the S-Etukortti card and the promotion code in the booking. Search for rooms and click 'Select' next to the desired room. Price products will appear, with the "Best Available Rate" being the starting price for the discount.

How do I know if the discount has been applied for my rate?

The discount will appear as "Price conditions: Campaign price with S-Etukortti card". If the discounted rate is not available, the website will notify you.

Why can't I find rooms at discounted rates?

Please note that the campaign price requires a minimum booking of two consecutive nights.

A limited number of discounted rooms are available. Availability and rates will vary by day, hotel and demand. Popular events are booked well in advance, and discounted rates for these dates may not be available or the rate may be higher.

Does the rate entitle to Bonus and other rate benefits?

The discounted rate accumulates Bonus for S-Etukortti card holders, but no other rate advantages. The rate also does not accrue benefits or points for other loyalty programs (such as S-Card).

Can I make changes to my reservation?

The reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. Therefore, the reservation cannot be changed.

Can I cancel my reservation?

The reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking. The reservation can be cancelled, but the deposit is non-refundable.

Can I pay for a reservation with a gift card?

The S Group Gift Card can only be used as a payment method on-site, so it can unfortunately not be used as form of payment on our website.
