Solo Sokos Hotel Helsinki has four accessible Solo Twin rooms with windows facing the quiet courtyard. The spacious rooms are located near the lifts and are equipped with separate motorised beds. Bathrooms have handles on walls and sinks, and showers with shower chairs.

The room has security alarms in the bathroom and next to the bed, the alarm of which comes to reception. Reception open 24 hours. Assistance/guide dogs are welcome at our hotel.

There is barrier-free access to the hotel and elevators from Kluuvikatu. The restaurant has barrier-free entrance from the door on the Kluuvikatu side. In connection with the reception and the restaurant, there are barrier-free toilets.

There is barrier-free access from the parking garage to the street level by elevator and from there across the pedestrian street to the hotel's main door.
