Solo Sokos Hotel Pier 4 has eight rooms designed for guests with reduced mobility. These rooms are available in the room types Solo Supreme Twin with Seaview and Solo Up Twin. You can choose your preferred accessible room when making your reservation.

The spacious rooms are equipped with separate motorized beds, each with an alarm button next to it. The bathrooms have alarm buttons, detachable support rails, a 45 cm high toilet seat, and a motion sensor night light under the sink. The door widths of the hotel room and bathroom are 91 cm.

There is an accessible entrance to the hotel and elevators, as well as to all public areas of the hotel. The hotel's customer saunas have movable shower chairs. Please note that the sauna is not easily accessible by wheelchair. An accessible toilet is located in close proximity to the meeting rooms. There is a portable induction loop available in the meeting rooms and at the reception desks.

The hotel reception is open 24 hours. Assistance/service dogs are welcome in our hotel.
