The stylish Wellness area at Solo Sokos Hotel Pier 4 is divided into three sections by curtains: a gym area, a body care area, and a relaxation area.
- The gym area has equipment suitable for versatile training, such as a treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, dumbbells and free weights.
- The body care area is designed for warm-ups, stretching, yoga, Pilates, and bodyweight, kettlebell, and ring training.
- The relaxation area provides a peaceful environment for unwinding and meditation.
The harmonious decor of the Wellness area is inspired by the archipelago nature, and its diverse soundscape creates an authentic natural experience with the sound of the sea. The bright space features large windows Towards Katajanokka.
Note: There is a private event in the Wellness area on Wednesdays from October 2 to December 4, 2024, from 6 PM to 7 PM.
Running and Jogging Routes Around the Hotel
There are several beautiful jogging routes in the scenic maritime surroundings around the hotel.
By following the coastline, you can jog through the Market Square to the popular Kaivopuisto route, which offers stunning sea views. Ferries from the Market Square also connect to numerous islands off the coast of Helsinki, which have excellent running trails. Nearby islands include Suomenlinna and Vallisaari.
