Accessible Services

The main entrance of the Break Sokos Hotel Levi is accessible from the Tähtitie side to the hotel’s lobby.
The door on the market square side is not an automatic door.

The Coffee House café has an accessible customer WC, which is next to the Grill it! Levi restaurant.

There are five (5) accessible parking spaces in the parking hall, three (3) of which are near the elevators, Suvi, Loimu, and Kide P1. Access from the parking hall to the reception and elevators is not fully accessible (the doors do not open automatically and there is a threshold at the door), but if needed, you can call the staff for assistance by pressing the doorbell.

The elevators are otherwise accessible.

Hotel Room

Accessible hotel rooms are located on the third and fourth floors of the Suvi building and are spacious standard rooms (29 m²).

• The WC has accessible facilities, and the shower room is equipped with a shower chair.
• The width of the hotel room’s external door, measured from the inside frame, is 90 cm.
• The threshold height to the hotel room is 2.5 cm.
• The rooms also have a spacious balcony.
• The width of the bathroom and WC door, measured from the inside frame, is 90 cm.
• The threshold height to the bathroom and WC is 3.5 cm.

Allergy Room

The allergy room is always cleaned with fragrance-free detergents, and fragrance-free detergents are provided for your use.

Remember to mention your request for an allergy room when making your room reservation.

Breakfast

There is accessible entry to Restaurant Kiisa, and there is an accessible customer WC nearby.

The breakfast staff will assist with fetching breakfast items, but the counters are not lowered.

Coffee House Levi

The Coffee House is accessible, and the staff will assist with products if necessary.

Accessible entry is through the hotel’s main door.

GrillIt! Levi

The restaurant has accessible entry through the hotel’s main door.

Customer Sauna and Shower Facilities

• On the first floor of the hotel, the external door to the customer sauna is 80 cm wide, with a threshold height of 2 cm.
• The door width to the shower room is 89 cm, with a threshold height of 2 cm.
• The width of the shower walls is 109 cm.
• The door width to the sauna room is 88 cm.
• There is a 25 cm high step to the sauna benches.
• It is not possible to access the sauna with a wheelchair.

As a hotel guest, you have access to the diverse Levi Wellness Club gym, located a short distance from the hotel.

The gym is accessible with certain limitations:
When going to the gym with a wheelchair, please note that the gym is located downstairs, and the elevator to it is only available when the reception is open, from 17:00 to 20:00.
