See Kotka, its memorable attractions and the nearby areas conveniently by bicycle!

Our hotel is located in the middle of an island, and you can easily cycle everywhere you want to go. For example, you can take a tour of the island.

There are plenty of great places to visit by bicycle on Kotkansaari island, such as the city’s beautiful parks (including Sapokka Water Garden and Katariina Seaside Park), Maritime Centre Vellamo and the Maretarium aquarium.

There are also nice places to visit further away: The Santalahti holiday and activity centre (7 km), the Karhula city district (10 km) and the historic circular town Hamina (30 km), to name a few. You may also be interested in the 24 km Kymijoki river tour, to which you can easily add fishing or a visit to a museum. During summer, our hotel has eight Jopo bicycles available for loan to hotel residents. Loan period max. 3 hours, no reservations. Keys and helmets for the bicycles are available at reception.
