Our hotel has five accessible rooms. The rooms have two separate beds and two armchairs that can be converted into beds for two.

The doors of the accessible rooms are 80 cm wide. Both doors have a doorstep, 3 cm high for the bathroom door with a slope, and 2 cm high for the room door.

The revolving door at the hotel's entrance (Pakkahuoneenkatu 16) can be locked in the open position for accessible passage. You can reserve an accessible parking spot near the lift in the hotel's garage.

There are a few steps leading to the breakfast area, but a lift is available next to the steps. The lift product is SwingOn, and it is manufactured by Cibes Lift Ab.*

The lift is also suitable for wheelchair users (maximum load 275 kg).

The hotel's reception is also equipped with a service point loop for customers with hearing aids. The service point loop eliminates background noise and echo. The Frans & Camille restaurant by the hotel has an accessible bathroom. Our customer lifts have a voice control feature, and their floor numbers are also available in braille.

Original Sokos Hotel Arina's meeting facilities have an accessible entrance at the Valkea shopping centre by the corner of the hotel. The shopping centre's lift will take you directly to the meeting facilities on the fourth floor.
