COUNTRYSALAD (M, GP )

• Fried bacon, boiled egg and deep-fried summer potatoes. Variety of lettuce from Vaanelas Garden, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, crispy radish, carrot and marinated red onion. Served with spring onion mayonnaise and rustic white bread.

PAN STEAK (GF, LF )

• Miniced meat steak from beef, fried onion, cut brandy-pepper sauce and mashed potatoes.

FISHSOUP (GF, LF )

• Fried fish of the day, carrot logs and summer potatoes in creamy fish stock.

CHICKENBURGER (LF, GP )

• Pretzel bun, breaded chicken fillets, roasted bell pepper mayonnaise, marinated red onion and iceberg lettuce. Served with fries, ranch mayonnaise sauce and pickles from Veljesten kurkut.
