Accessibility

The hotel and rooms have accessible entrances, and there is an accessible toilet in the lobby.

Exceptions include the museum on the 22nd floor and the saunas and nightclub on the ground floor, where wheelchair access is challenging due to stairs, and assistance is required for movement.

Accessible Rooms

The hotel has three accessible double rooms. The bathroom is easily accessible with a wheelchair, as all door widths are 90cm. The amenities also include a fixed shower chair and assistive rails on the sides of the toilet. The bathroom in the room is equipped with an emergency call button, and the alarm is monitored in the security center.

Assistance Dogs

Service and guide dogs are welcome in our hotel.

Parking

There is an accessible parking space in front of our hotel in the parking area. Parking is subject to a fee.
