The enjoyment of each guest is equally important to us. Original Sokos Hotel Kupittaa has ten rooms designed for people with limited mobility.
Accessible parking spaces are available in the parking garage, with 2 spaces that provide easy access to the hotel. The parking garage has signs directing you to the accessible parking areas. In addition, there are accessible parking spaces available in the parking area in front of our hotel.
Accessible rooms are available in two different room categories: Standard Twin and Standard King, a total of 10 rooms. All accessible rooms feature dark interiors and face the evening sun. Each accessible room has wider shower facilities, movable lower shelves in the restroom to allow wheelchair users to wash their hands at the sink, necessary support in the bathroom, and more space in the room. A shower chair can also be provided upon request. Please note that unfortunately, we are unable to offer an accessible pet-friendly room.
In our restaurant, Bistro Elli, and in our lobby café, Deli, accessible dining is also available. However, please inform us when making a reservation if you require an accessible table, as our restaurant area also includes the non-accessible Bistro Elli balcony. You can find an accessible restroom and accessible elevators in our public areas. Our gym and saunas are accessible.

Additional safety button
The hotel also provides an additional safety button that guests can use during their stay if, for example, their personal assistant cannot accompany them. With the additional safety button, guests can quickly contact the reception staff, who can assist them promptly. If you feel that the additional safety button would be necessary during your stay, please contact the reception regarding this need. For more information about the additional safety button we provide, please inquire at the hotel reception.
