How does Axel work?

• Axel is located at the reception in the immediate vicinity of our staff. Axel serves from 13:00 to 21:00
• You need a reservation number
• For special price reservations, such as gift card or voucher reservations, check-in at the reception.
• You can also pay for the reservation, eg parking, which must be paid at the reception
• Axel guides you step-by-step on how to log in, but our staff is present and will help if necessary.
