It is important to us that the visit of each of our guests goes smoothly.

Our hotel building is a gem built in the 1920s protected by the Museum Agency, which is why our building is not the most accessible from the point of view of accessibility. However, we have done our best to make our facilities as accessible and barrier-free as possible. The hotel has taken into account the accessibility and easy access of the premises with personal lifts and convertible furniture. Our hotel is easily accessible from the door on Eerikinkatu. The hotel has elevators, one of which is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, it does not fit an electric wheelchair.

Mobility accessible parking

There are a few disabled parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The closest is next to the opposite block at Eerikinkatu 19. Another option is at the corner of Eerikinkatu and Eskelinkatu. Unfortunately, our cooperative parking garage, the Eskel parking garage, is not completely accessible, but there are a few stairs at the exit of the garage, otherwise you can use the elevator in the garage.

Additional security button

An additional security button is also available from the hotel, which the customer can use for the duration of the visit, if, for example, a personal assistant cannot accompany them on the trip. With the additional security button, the guest can quickly get in touch with the reception staff, who can get to the spot to help quickly.
