On the second floor of the hotel, you’ll find four unique meeting rooms, providing an inspiring environment. From the rooftop, the Huippu – Panoramic Sauna & Pool area offers a relaxing tropical atmosphere with stunning views over Vaasa. All catering is handmade in-house, emphasizing local flavors, and the banquet menus reflect the establishment's long-standing culinary tradition.

Haapa

A private sauna located on the roof of the hotel, on the Huippu – Panoramic Sauna & Pool floor, where the views dazzle and amaze even the modest Vaasa resident! The bright space has everything you need – lounges, meeting rooms, a sauna with a view and two private terraces. Suitable for meetings and sauna events for up to 20-30 people. During your visit, the tropically warm swimming pool and the services of our sauna host are at your disposal.

Hehku

Aurora

Royal's largest conference room, Aurora, is located next to the restaurant services. The space's adaptability meets even the most demanding needs, and the technical equipment of the space leaves no one cold. The space can be used for many different purposes, such as breakfast information sessions, exhibition space and various parties. In class format, the space can accommodate max. 72 persons, in theater form up to 120 persons.

Filmi

Filmi is the meeting room, which offers the atmosphere of a movie theater, with its plush armchair seats, offers a memorable experience. The excellent image quality and sound reproduction enable your event to do a little more than a normal meeting space - use it at kick-off events, media events, launches or programmatic events. Hybrid events are also possible. Ask about individual implementation for your event from our sales service.

Trattoria's cabinet

The cabinet that is connected to the lobby and the main restaurant of our hotel, Trattoria, is suitable for both meeting use and private meals. The cabinet can accommodate 12 people in diplomat format.

Onni
