How to log in to S user account

Log in and take advantage of the benefits with your S-Etukortti card

The S user account is the S Group's common login account, which allows you to easily log in to our website. All you need is your phone number/email address, so you don't need passwords. You can use your S user account for Sokos Hotel services and other online services and stores across S Group.

Logging in to our website provides you with the price benefits for co-op members and makes your reservation faster, because your personal information will be prefilled for your reservation. You will also see all your reservations easily in one view.

If you don't have an s user account yet, start here:

Create an S User Account

Start by clicking the person icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select "Create an S User Account".
Enter your email address. You will receive a confirmation code in your email.
Enter the code and select "Private customer" in the next prompt.
Add an S-Etukortti card. This function requires authentication via online banking codes or a mobile ID.
If you want to use SMS to log in to our website in the future, make sure you also confirm your phone number. For more detailed instructions, see the "Confirm your phone number" section below.

Add your co-op membership to your account

By adding your co-op membership to your account, you will have access to the best benefits through your S-Etukortti card at Sokos Hotels, and you can ensure your purchases accumulate Bonus. You can also add your S-Card loyalty card for business travellers to your S User Account.

Start by clicking the person icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select "Log in".
After logging in, below your name, select "Add an S-Etukortti card". This function requires authentication via online banking codes or a mobile ID.

Confirm your phone number

By confirming your phone number, you can log in with SMS, which makes logging in to our website easier than ever.

How to confirm your phone number:

Go to s-kayttajatili and log in.
Go to "My information" and then "Contact information".
Please check that the phone number is entered correctly.
Select "Confirm telephone number".
Enter the confirmation code you received by SMS.

All done!

You can always start your login by clicking the person icon in the upper right-hand corner and selecting "Log in". Enter your phone number or email address and confirm your login by entering the code you received. You can also log in with bank codes by first entering your email.
