Prices are net prices and intended for meeting groups (min. 10 people) including the main meeting room, basic meeting equipment, data projector and meeting coordinator services, internet connection, and VAT. All prices are subject to availability. The campaign price applies only to meeting and event spaces at Sokos Hotels.

Campaign meeting packages:

• Half-day: Meeting room available for 2-4 hours, 1 x meeting lunch (buffet or table service) and 1 x coffee with sweet or savory coffee theme
• Full day: Meeting room available for 9-10 hours, 1 x morning coffee with savory coffee theme, 1 x meeting lunch (buffet or table service), 1 x sweet coffee theme

You can book our Creative Room for your event. The Creative Room is a relaxed space for group work, suitable for 10–15 people. It is versatile and especially suited for brainstorming and workshops. The space can easily be modified for various purposes. In addition to being flexible, it supports movement and wellbeing. The space offers a change to a passive working style and activates all senses. The Creative Room is unique and inspiring. The Creative Room already forms a part of 12 Sokos Hotels.

Hybrid meetings at Sokos Hotels

Combine onsite and virtual meetings seamlessly. A hybrid event combines the elements of in-person and virtual events. The Sokos Hotels chain offers a platform for hybrid events in 31 cities around Finland. With the help of the Sokos Hotels hybrid event service, people can come together in smaller groups around a common cause, be it for planning, a celebration or or learning together. The technical implementation is handled by the audio visual technology professionals of our partners.

Energizing meeting catering

Great food is an important part of the meeting day and breaks. Food also plays a role in maintaining energy levels. It is in the interest of the meeting organizer that everyone has sufficient energy throughout the day. A good meal affects the mind, which is why we want to offer not only nutritious food, but also a bit of pampering. Meeting lunches will include a generous, colourful salad buffet consisting of green salads, vegetables and satisfying salads including protein. We also serve two warm dishes, and a sweet treat with coffee.

Essential breaks

Breaks are needed throughout the meeting day. At Sokos Hotels meetings, morning coffee is served with the best selections from the hotel breakfast, consisting of bread, yoghurt and granola. You can also opt for the hotel's more generous buffet breakfast. Afternoon coffee is, in accordance with the old tradition, served with "seven types of cookies”, from which each guest can choose their favourite treat; be it popcorn, fresh buns, sweets, or fruit.
