For our S-Card customers we offer the opportunity to use fast, smooth and safe access to our hotels with the help of constantly developing digital services
Forget queuing and hurry. Mobile key, easy and secure. By using the mobile key available in the Sokos Hotels app, you can get to your room without queuing at reception according to your own schedule.
Do Check-in in Sokos Hotels app on the day of your arrival, complete the electronic passenger notification and use the mobile key. You can activate mobile key at any time during your stay.
The mobile key is available in almost all our hotels!
Prior to your arrival at the hotel:
- Check in with the Sokos Hotels application
- Complete the pre-filled electronic passenger card
- Pay your room
- Activate your mobile key
- You can see in the app when your room is ready and the mobile key is available (no earlier than 1 pm)
When using a mobile key at the hotel:
- Open the app
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
- Allow an app to access your location
- Bring your phone close to the lock and the door will open
